Home Detox:
Begin your journey towards sobriety with our specialized home detox program. Our process starts with an initial evaluation, which can be conducted virtually or in person, to understand your unique needs. Based on the evaluation, we will refer you to a dedicated nurse service or a supportive sober companion who will stay with you for 5-7 days, ensuring you have the assistance and care you need throughout the detox process.
During this period, the nurse or sober companion will maintain constant communication with Dr. Raymond Zakhari, NP, who will oversee the adjustment of your medications to keep you comfortable. Our experienced clinician will assess your progress using either the CIWA Scale or COWS scale, regularly check your vital signs, and administer the prescribed medications.
Aftercare:
To support your journey towards long-term sobriety, we offer comprehensive aftercare services tailored to your needs. You have the option to continue working with Dr. Raymond Zakhari, NP, for ongoing psychopharmacology, utilizing medications like Vivitrol (naltrexone), suboxone, Campral (acamprosate), antidepressants, and non-benzodiazepine anti-anxiety medications, effectively reducing cravings and supporting your recovery process.
